EVENTS
Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Monday of every other month at 7:00 p.m.
at a homeowner's house determined at the prior meeting. Meeting location and
notice will be posted at the guardhouse.

to confirm the location of the next meeting. Homeowners are always invited to attend.
Please Note: The Annual meeting scheduled for December was postponed due to lack
of quorum. We did not receive the 25 ballots needed to hold the meeting and have
elections. The meeting has been rescheduled for January 12, 2009 at the offices
of Rossmar & Graham.
The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at Rossmar & Graham 9362 E Raintree Dr.
Scottsdale AZ 85260.
Sign-in starts at 6:30 pm and the meeting starts at 7PM.
